Description of the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join our team at Lucky's Trailer Sales / Dimmick Group Peterbilt. As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. This position requires experience with CDK accounting software and in-depth knowledge of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the general ledger and prepare accurate financial statements
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure financial accuracy and integrity
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports on a regular basis
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and support
  • Train and mentor junior accounting staff

Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in accounting or related field
