Highlights of your role
  • Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments for consultations, technical measurements, installations, and walkthroughs
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and webchat to provide timely updates and support
  • Input and maintain data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Review sold jobs daily and create production orders
  • Generate and manage contracts and change orders, including adding financiers and updating payment terms
  • Maintain document accuracy, including uploading documents, notating payments, and creating post-installation work orders

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
