America's Car-Mart is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our organization. If you have a background in collections, strong communication skills, and a commitment to achieving targets, we want you on our team. Compensation: $16 per hour plus monthly bonus potential worth up to $1300 per month

Upon becoming a new Account Representative, you will have the chance to engage in a bonus plan as well as your hourly wage. Your eligibility to participate in the monthly bonus begins on the first day of the month following your start date, and the bonus will be disbursed in the subsequent month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accept incoming calls and collect payments from our customers
  • Place phone calls to our customers for collections purposes
  • Make payment arrangements with customers
  • Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport and address customer concerns
  • Document all customer interactions and update collection records
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to collections

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to follow directions.
