Job description

Day in Life:

The Replacement Account Representative will work as a direct representative and liaison for Hertz Rental Car. This role will act as the facilitator and single point of contact between Hertz and the fleet company. Main responsibilities will be account management along with increasing revenue and market share.

This rate for this position is $18 per hour.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of rental and fleet operating systems to effectively support daily operations.
  • Support Fleet Account Managers by applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer and operational issues.
  • Assist with the facilitation and coordination of new hire training classes for Fleet Account teams.
  • Provide support to fleet partners throughout the entire rental lifecycle, from reservation creation through final invoicing.
  • Collaborate as part of a diverse team dedicated to delivering premier service to both internal and external customers.
  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
  • Communicate professionally with Vice Presidents, C-suite executives, and other key stakeholders within client organizations.
