Eagle Crest Communities: The Willows Assisted Livingย  (La Crosse, WI)

Assisted Living Resident Care Assistant

Part-Time, and Casual Call -ย Available Shifts:ย These positions participate in the on call weekend and holiday rotations.

  • AM: EOW 7am - 3:30 pm (16 hrs pp)
  • NOC: 16 hours per payperiod; NOC shift with holiday and on-call roatation
  • PT EOW 3-6pm
  • PT 3:30PM - 6:30PM (12 hours)

Assisted Living Resident Care Assistant

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant In this role to support the 30 residents in our Assisted Living residence.

What You'll Do

  • Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible
  • Other responsibilities could include medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks
  • Memory Care cross training

What You'll Need

  • Previous direct care experience, preferred
  • Experience with medication management, CNA. and/or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required - We will train the right fit for our team!
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • If under the age of 18, we can assist in getting you a waiver to work.

Our Wages

  • Starting Range: $18.75 - $20.75 + per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientation completion, and regular wage reviews - we pay for high performance!
  • $3.00 NOC differential; Also includes Weekend Differential and on-call and pick-up incentives.

Qualifications for Higher Wages

  • CNA Training (any state)
  • Completion of all 4 CBRF classes prior to hire
  • CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
  • Full Time Position
