Our client, located in the Mission neighbourhood of SW Calgary, is seeking a flexible, enthusiastic, and service-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their Inglewood office. The ideal candidate is an experienced office administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys being at the heart of day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office administration and front-desk operations
  • Greet and assist employees, visitors, vendors, and service providers
