Job description

Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner — Face to Face Spa


About the Role

Face to Face Spa is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to deliver injectable and advanced aesthetic treatments in a high-volume medical spa environment. You'll work under the clinical oversight of our Medical Director, delivering exceptional patient outcomes while helping build a loyal, membership-based client base.


Responsibilities

  • Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify) and dermal fillers
  • Conduct thorough patient consultations, assess candidacy, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Perform Good Faith Examinations in accordance with state regulations and clinic protocol
  • Deliver additional aesthetic services as trained and credentialed (laser treatments, microneedling, PDO threads, body contouring, IV therapy, weight management)
  • Document all consultations, treatments, consents, and follow-up care accurately in Zenoti
  • Manage complications and adverse events per protocol; escalate to Medical Director as required
  • Educate patients on treatment options, aftercare, and skincare regimens
  • Recommend and enroll patients in membership programs and appropriate treatment plans
  • Maintain compliance with all state Board of Nursing regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic policies
  • Support clinic revenue and retention goals through consultative selling and rebooking
  • Maintain accurate inventory and product usage records


Qualifications

Required:

  • Active, unencumbered NP license in [State] (or eligible for licensure by endorsement)
  • Current national certification (FNP-C/FNP-BP, AGNP, or equivalent)
  • Current BLS certification
  • DEA registration or eligibility (where applicable)
  • Ability to establish and maintain a practice agreement with the clinic's Medical Director as required by state law
  • Professional liability insurance


Preferred:

  • 1+ years of aesthetic injectable experience
  • Advanced training in facial anatomy and injection technique
  • Experience with laser and energy-based devices
  • Familiarity with Zenoti or comparable practice management software
  • Demonstrated sales or membership conversion track record
