You will play a key role in owner communication, tenant relations, leasing coordination, maintenance oversight, renewals, and business development efforts while helping improve systems and operational efficiency.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000

  • Coordinate showings during high-volume periods as needed

Leadership & Business Development

  • Help improve operational systems, processes, and communication workflows
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Assist with growing the property management portfolio through business development and client relationship management
  • Support the team in creating a positive, solutions-focused work environment

Administrative & Financial Oversight

  • Ensure work orders are assigned and followed up on in a timely manner
  • Coordinate vendor payments and documentation
  • Maintain organized records within AppFolio and company systems
  • Monitor timelines for renewals, inspections, work orders, and owner payouts

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to handle negotiations and conflict resolution professionally
  • Experience overseeing maintenance coordination and vendor management
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
