Wealth Services Specialist

F&M Trust is seeking a detail-oriented Wealth Services Specialist to join our Wealth Management team. In this role, you will support Wealth Advisors by delivering exceptional administrative and client service support, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our clients.

You will leverage your expertise to:

  • Maintain accurate client records and support daily account administration.
  • Assist with new and existing wealth management accounts, including IMAs, IRAs, and Trust/Guardianship accounts.
  • Prepare and process disbursements, distributions, RMD notices, and essential client documentation.
  • Monitor account cash flows and alert advisors of unusual activity or overdraft risks.
  • Respond promptly to client and internal inquiries while upholding Reach for MORE service standards.
