At Superior Fence & Rail, our installers can only perform at a high level if the warehouse runs with precision. The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in ensuring every crew leaves prepared, every material is accounted for, and every job is staged correctly.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and operational excellence. When the warehouse runs right, the entire company runs better.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming material shipments
  • Accurately stage materials for 10+ installation jobs per week
  • Interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) and pick correct components for each job
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and proactively communicate low stock
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure organization and cleanliness
  • Lead and direct 1–3 warehouse team members
  • Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse and yard
What Success Looks Like
