Job description

Arhaus was founded in 1986 on a simple idea: Furniture and décor should be sustainably sourced, lovingly made, and built to last. Today, we partner with artisans around the world who share our vision, creating beautiful, heirloom-quality pieces that can be used—and loved—for generations.

In this exciting yet challenging Assistant Visual Manager role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest visual standards in the home furnishings industry, while presenting a stage in which to display our products. It is a developmental role, allowing you to grow your merchandising skills and gain experience with the Arhaus brand.

In addition to creating the experience which is Arhaus Furniture, you will be responsible for weekly store transfers and working with management, ensuring that inventory is maintained at satisfactory levels.

REQUIREMENTS

• Some work experience or knowledge in faux finishing and specialty painting.

• Intermediate computer literacy

• Ability to work independently with little supervision/self-motivated.

• Ability to work well with others.

• Must be willing to travel as needed.

• Must be willing to work extended hours as needed.

• Must be able to move furniture independently around the showroom.

• Must be able to operate most building tools and equipment.

• Must feel comfortable using a ladder.

• College degree or job experience in a related field (merchandising, floral design, graphic design, and/or set/stage design).
