Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
In the context of the Group's multi-brand approach in Travel Retail Americas, this VIE position will support regional growth by contributing to Trade Marketing and Learning & Development initiatives across key markets.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to the Travel Retail business across the Americas. Through close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Learning & Development teams, the VIE will progressively develop expertise in brand activation, trade marketing, retail operations and consumer engagement. Working alongside the Regional Director, the Retail team and the marketing team, the VIE will play an active role in accelerating business growth and elevating execution across leading airports and travel retail partners.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support the implementation of the Regional Marketing strategy
Contribute to the successful execution of regional marketing strategies and brand priorities across Travel Retail Americas, ensuring impactful consumer experiences and strong retailer engagement.
  • Adapt global assets to regional needs and prepare retailer-facing marketing tools and presentations.
  • Lead or support the development of 360-degree activation toolboxes for LOEP and SDJ.
  • Coordinate regional activation packs across digital, social, in-store and merchandising assets.
  • Brief agencies and internal teams, then coordinate the planning and implementation of regional animations: HPPs, SPPs, podiums and local initiatives.
  • Co-build and analyze promotional campaigns designed to drive sell-out, visibility and consumer engagement, including ROI follow-up for major launches and campaigns.
  • Create marketing newsletters dedicated to our retailers to explain new product launches and suggested quantities.

2. Elevate Retail Execution Across Key Travel Retail Locations
  • Create planogram updates for top doors, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.
  • Coordinate local production and installation of semi-personalization tools, visuals, POSM and VM assets, including displays, showcards and fixture coverings.
  • Support the monitoring of assortment and top-door performance, highlight risks and recommend corrective actions.

3. Drive Learning & Development Excellence
  • Play an active role in strengthening retail capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous learning across the Americas region.
  • Support Retail Managers in building the semester L&D calendar.
  • Help ensure regional consistency in organization, content, budget and training gifts.
  • Co-animate or animate selected training sessions when relevant.
  • Conduct post-training analysis to assess performance and improve future activations.

4. Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives
  • Support back-office coordination for top retailers to help secure the right stock level through template updates, suggested orders and stock accuracy checks.
  • Maximize seasonal initiatives through efficient planning and coordination with Sales and Marketing.
  • Support regional and global projects such as seminars or top management visits.
  • Update monthly and quarterly dashboards

  • Curious, organized and business-oriented profile with strong interest in Travel Retail, beauty and multi-brand environments.
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills, with the ability to work across Sales, Marketing, Retail, Training and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with dashboards, sell-out follow-up, stock information and performance insights.
  • Creative approach to consumer experience, trade marketing execution and retail engagement.
  • Fluent English required; French and/or Spanish are strong assets for the Americas scope.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
Minimum of 6 months of professional experience required
Skills:
  • Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese a plus)
  • Autonomous, Agile, Entrepreneur
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and manage deadlines
  • Team Plater - able to collaborate and communicate easily and efficiently with peers
  • Experience in retail or marketing is a plus
