Human Resource - Compliance and Training Specialist
Wage: $50,000-52,000/ annually
Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating and delivering training and staff development programs for Security Officers, Supervisors, and other personnel. Ensures compliance with regulatory and company requirements, including DCJS standards. Role includes HR compliance support and may require occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with DCJS and client contract training requirements
  • Maintain training records, reports, and documentation
  • Support HR compliance initiatives, including:
    • Investigations
    • FMLA/ADA administration
    • DCJS training and compliance
  • Assist with additional security-related duties as needed

Qualifications
  • Training and HR experience preferred
  • Administrative experience required
  • DCJS license/certification required
  • Must be eligible to obtain DCJS Instructor Certification

Basic Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Reliable communication and transportation
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
