Non-profit that provides Career Services to all seeking help with job placement. We are committed to providing our clients with the resources to find and maintain employment. Our services include one-on-one appointments, Job training classes, resume assistance, computer classes, and assisting career changers with career planning.
We are looking for individuals with excellent presentation and strong computer skills who display enthusiasm for the subject matter presented.
Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating and presentation of classes in person and virtually
  • Career coaching – conducting client appointments.
  • Building solid leads with companies who offer jobs in various industries.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on current trends related to hiring, job searching, personal branding, resumes and other relevant technologies.
  • Write, edit, design and deliver resumes.
  • Participate in initial intake meetings.
  • Effectively prepare clients for interviews.
  • Assist in the placements of clients and with employment searches.
  • Work with career changers on career plans.
  • Special projects and other duties assigned by Executive Director.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Career Services and or trainer experience a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication and delivery skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Resume writing a plus but will train.
  • Social media and Quick Books experience a plus.
  • Airtable knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team, independently and manage deadlines and turnaround project load in a timely manner.
