What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum of one (1) year (1,600 hours) of nursing experience in a long-term care setting within the past five (5) years (required by State of Michigan regulations)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing future healthcare professionals

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supervising CNAs or nurse aides
  • Previous teaching, training, precepting, or adult education experience
  • Experience working with diverse adult learner populations
