About the Role:
Join My Gym - Chino Hills as a Trainer/Assist Trainer and inspire children to lead active, healthy lives! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who love working with kids and are passionate about fitness to help create a fun and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate engaging fitness classes for children aged 3 months - 10 years.
  • Provide personalized attention and encouragement to each child during activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of lesson plans and curriculum.
  • Maintain a safe and clean gym environment for all participants.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children and families.
  • Help organize and participate in special events and birthday parties.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with children in a fitness or recreational setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Background in physical education, child development, or related field is a plus.
