Responsibilities:

* Manage, Train and mentor existing & newly hired Medical Assistants
* Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and procedures
* Assist with patient care, including vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, and more
* Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence and teamwork
Qualifications:

* Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager/Medical Assistant Trainer (Urgent Care or Primary Care experience a plus!)
