We are seeking a reliable, safety-minded
Local Semi Driver to join our team for 3 days a week. This role is perfect for an experienced driver looking for steady local routes, a predictable schedule, and the opportunity to be home every night. For candidates looking for full-time hours, this role can expand into a blended position involving plant operations and equipment operation.Key Responsibilities
Local Driving: Safely operate a semi-truck on local routes, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.
HAZMAT Transport: Responsibly handle and transport materials requiring Class 9 HAZMAT compliance.
Material Handling: Operate or learn to operate roll-off boxes for material collection and transport.
Plant Support (Optional / FT Track): Assist with daily plant operations, including moving materials and helping maintain a clean, efficient yard.
Position Requirements
Must-Haves:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
Licensing: Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
Current Class 9 HAZMAT endorsement is ideal, but can be obtained post-hire.
Roll-off box experience is a major plus, but we are fully willing to train the right driver.
