Job description

We are seeking a reliable, safety-minded Local Semi Driver to join our team for 3 days a week. This role is perfect for an experienced driver looking for steady local routes, a predictable schedule, and the opportunity to be home every night. For candidates looking for full-time hours, this role can expand into a blended position involving plant operations and equipment operation.Key Responsibilities
  • Local Driving: Safely operate a semi-truck on local routes, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.

  • HAZMAT Transport: Responsibly handle and transport materials requiring Class 9 HAZMAT compliance.

  • Material Handling: Operate or learn to operate roll-off boxes for material collection and transport.

  • Plant Support (Optional / FT Track): Assist with daily plant operations, including moving materials and helping maintain a clean, efficient yard.

Position RequirementsMust-Haves:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.

  • Licensing: Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.

  • Current Class 9 HAZMAT endorsementย is ideal, but can be obtained post-hire.ย 
    Roll-off box experience is a major plus, but we are fully willing to train the right driver.
