Job DescriptionTo assist in maintaining the roadways traffic safety control system and all devices related to pavement marking and traffic signs. To support and promote the safe movement of all modes of transportation within the City of Laredo by maintaining all uniform traffic control devices.

- Proficient with the installation of traffic signs and pavement markings.
- Assists staff with tasks as needed.
- Assists to implement traffic control plans for special events.
- Performs and practices work zone safety which is critical to this job.
- Performs related work as required.

Minimum QualificationsRequired Education and Experience- At least six (6) months of general experience.
Valid Licenses and CertificationsRequired Licenses or Certifications- Valid Texas Driver License. If applicant holds an out-of-state license, a State of Texas Driver License must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
