About the Role:
Boston's Bridge To Excellence Inc. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented EEC Administrative Assistant to join our team in Boston, MA. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key support role in an organization dedicated to educational excellence and community impact. Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to EEC program staff and leadership

  • Maintain and organize program records, files, and documentation in compliance with EEC regulations

  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings and events

  • Communicate with families, staff, and external agencies in a professional and timely manner

  • Support data entry, reporting, and tracking of program metrics and compliance requirements

  • Assist in preparing correspondence, memos, and program-related materials

  • Help coordinate staff onboarding, training schedules, and licensing documentation

Requirements:
  • Prior administrative or office support experience, preferably in an early education or childcare setting

  • Familiarity with EEC (Early Education and Care) regulations and compliance standards is a plus
