The Regional Director of Sales (RDS) provides strategic sales leadership across a regional portfolio of communities, driving occupancy, revenue growth and team development. This role partners with Executive Directors and Directors of Sales to execute effective, data-driven sales strategies aligned with Sunrise's mission and performance goals.
What You'll Do:
• Recruit, onboard and develop high-performing Directors of Sales
• Coach Executive Directors and sales leaders to drive occupancy and revenue
• Lead regional sales reviews, site visits and performance analysis
• Develop and implement strategic marketing and External Business Development (EBD) plans
• Leverage financial and competitive data to inform pricing and revenue strategies
• Reinforce Sunrise sales processes and multiple revenue drivers
• Ensure compliance with move-in/move-out regulations
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and P&L performance to maximize profitability
• Foster strong referral relationships and community partnerships
