We are seeking an organized, dependable, and proactive Office Manager/Property Management Assistant to help oversee daily office operations and support our property management team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is comfortable managing a wide variety of administrative and property management responsibilities.

You will work closely with the broker and property management team, assisting with tenant, owner, and vendor communications; maintenance coordination; property inspections; move-in and move-out inspections; documentation; and general office operations, including basic accounting, mail processing, inventory management, and other administrative tasks.

The right candidate will receive thorough training, established systems, and ongoing support while being trusted to independently manage assigned responsibilities.
