Your Role as Cleaning Technician:
The Cleaning Technician performs detailed cleaning tasks for unit turnovers, common areas, and other designated spaces. This role collaborates with the maintenance department, Property Manager(s), and other team members to ensure properties are ready for new residents and adhere to Stone & Browning's cleanliness and presentation standards. Travel would be required as we have offices in Berlin & Burlington.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Detailed cleaning of vacated units
  • Provide high-quality cleaning services for third-party clients
  • Conduct scheduled cleaning services for current residents
  • Maintain the cleanliness of shared spaces, such as hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms

What We're Looking For:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but optional.
  • Familiarity with cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for resident and team interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
  • Available after-hours/evenings as needed
  • Must travel between properties and perform hands-on tasks.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Background check required


Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30-4:30

Pay: Hourly- $17.50-19 an hour (depending on experience)
