What The Position is About:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Manage the Project Manager, Assistant Project Managers, and the Shop Manager while supporting the Superintendents, field employees, and Regional Operations leadership
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer, contractor, and project concerns
- Improve operational processes, production KPIs, safety programs, and overall efficiency
- Assist in resolving operational and field-related challenges to maintain productivity
