The Larson Group Peterbiltis looking for a Marketingto join our dynamic team. The Marketing Assistant's primary responsibility is to support the marketing team in the execution of marketing initiatives and provide administrative assistance to the Marketing Department. This role involves contributing to marketing campaigns, graphic design projects, content creation, and various administrative tasks to ensure the department runs efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media: Assist with engaging customers, monitoring social media communication, and creating content.
  • Digital Content Creation & Maintenance: Help maintain content on the company website, landing pages, and digital listings. Assist with basic email campaigns.
  • Graphic Design: Create basic graphic design materials such as store-level requests, event flyers, social graphics, and promotional flyers.
  • Internal Communication: Write and post basic stories on the company intranet.
  • Online Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to Google reviews.
  • Photography: Capture photos using professional-grade equipment as needed.

  • Organizational relationships:The Marketing Assistant supports all aspects of marketing and communications for The Larson Group (TLG). This position regularly interacts with TLG's corporate team, location managers, department managers, and sales teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience through internships or a similar role is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Comfortable using Mac products.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
