About the Role
Trinity Social Services is an Atlanta-based behavioral health organization providing IOP, PHP, and outpatient programs. This is not a traditional calendar-and-coffee assistant role - you will function as the CEO's operational presence on the ground in Atlanta, executing independently while she is abroad and working side by side with her during her in-person sprints.
The right candidate is a self-directed operator who treats ambiguity as a to-do list. You will be trusted with significant autonomy from day one.
## What You'll Own
Ground Operations (Atlanta)

  • erve as the CEO's eyes, ears, and hands in Atlanta: site visits, vendor meetings, document pickups, errands requiring physical presence

  • review residential properties, coordinate with realtors and leasing offices, and report back with photos, video walkthroughs, and candid assessments

  • anage the CEO's Atlanta logistics: vehicle, storage unit, mail, appointments
    Business Support

  • upport audit and accreditation preparation (CARF survey scheduled Oct-Nov 2026): document gathering, scheduling, vendor and surveyor coordination
