Job Summary
Osmar Cleaners is looking for a dependable and organized Assistant to the Staff Manager to help coordinate our residential cleaning teams and support daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, problem-solving, and working with people.
Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling and daily job coordination for cleaning staff.
- Communicate with team members regarding assignments and updates.
- Track attendance, time, and performance.
- Support hiring and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain staff records and documentation.
- Help manage last-minute schedule changes or call-outs.
- Assist with uniforms and supply coordination.
- Provide general administrative support.
Qualifications
