Job description

Commercial Insurance Producer

Titanium Shield | Metro Detroit (Remote / Hybrid)

Stop capping your income. Start building your equity.

At Titanium Shield, we don’t believe in micro-management or rigid 9-to-5 desk requirements. We believe in providing elite agents with the tools, the market access, and the freedom to dominate the Metro Detroit commercial landscape.

We are looking for 2–3 high-caliber, Licensed Commercial Insurance Agents who are ready to transition from being "employees" to being true business owners. If you have the book of business or the grit to build one, we provide the fortress to protect it.

Why Titanium Shield?

We offer more than just a place to hang your license; we offer a competitive edge in a crowded market.

  • Unrivaled Market Access: Quote and bind with 40+ top-tier carriers, including Travelers, Liberty Mutual, CNA, Chubb, and Hartford. Never lose a deal because you didn't have the right paper.

  • High-Octane Earnings: This is a 100% Commission-based role with some of the most aggressive splits in the industry. Your earning potential is limited only by your hustle.

  • True Autonomy: Work from your home office, a coffee shop in Royal Oak, or our hybrid hub. We care about your production, not your clock-in time.

  • Direct Appointments: Gain the professional clout of direct carrier relationships to streamline your underwriting process.

The Ideal Candidate

You aren't just looking for a job; you’re looking for a partnership. You are a self-starter who understands the Detroit market—from manufacturing in Warren to tech startups downtown.

  • Experience: 2–5 years of active experience in Commercial Lines.

  • Licensing: Must hold a valid Michigan Property & Casualty (P&C) License.

  • Skillset: You know how to read a loss run, navigate an Accord form, and, most importantly, close the gap between a prospect and a policy.

  • Mindset: You thrive in a performance-driven environment and prefer the "high-risk, high-reward" nature of a commission-only structure.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Pipeline: Identify and engage with business owners across the Metro Detroit area to audit their current coverage and identify gaps.

  • Consultative Selling: Analyze complex risks and leverage our 40+ carriers to design bespoke insurance programs.

  • Relationship Management: Act as a "Titanium Shield" for your clients, providing ongoing risk management and renewal support.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the firm at local networking events and industry associations.

Ready to Level Up?

If you’re tired of the corporate grind and ready for a platform that rewards your expertise, let’s talk.
