    Job Description

    We’re looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality engineering, FAI/PPAP, corrective actions, supplier quality, and continuous improvement in a precision manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead AS9102 FAI and PPAP submissions.
    • Drive 8D, 5-Why, and root cause/corrective actions.
    • Support AS9100, ITAR, and CMMC compliance and audits.
    • Manage supplier quality and corrective actions.
    • Oversee CMM, GD&T, inspection, and gauge R&R activities.
    • Lead improvements to reduce scrap, rework, and quality issues.
    • Work directly with customers, suppliers, and plant teams on quality matters.

    Ideal Candidate:
    5+ years of Quality Engineering experience, preferably in aerospace/precision manufacturing, with strong AS9100/AS9102, PPAP, GD&T, CMM, and root cause analysis experience.
