Job description

We?re looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. Our ideal candidate will have a strong foundation with selling cabinetry or working as a kitchen and bath designer who is ready to build on their experience in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll work closely with our dealers to equip them with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.

If you're a skilled cabinet salesman and/or a kitchen and bath designer with deep experience in 2020 Design and ProKitchen software, and you thrive in a role that combines technical know-how, teaching, and support, we?d love to hear from you.

What You?ll Do:

  • Provide design check services for our dealers to ensure design quality and accuracy
  • Assist sales representatives by ensuring their dealers receive proper training and support
  • Test and validate 2020 Design catalogs for accuracy; log and track reported issues
  • Act as a concierge for new dealers through their first orders, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
