● Successfully managing all aspects of store business operations.
● Ensuring the 3 C's of Crumbl are met: Cookie Quality, Customer Service, and Cleanliness
● Ensuring we never run out of cookies; cookies are dressed and prepared properly, and that every customer leaves the store with a big smile!
● Assisting with ordering ingredients and other supplies for the store.
● Assisting store manager in maintaining and creating weekly schedule.
● Maintaining Crumbl knowledge of all store positions and filling in as needed
● Assisting store manager with hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities
● Helping to resolve conflicts and/or complaints from customers and employees
● Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed
● Analyzing information and processing and developing more effective or efficient techniques and strategies
● Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives
● Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive
● Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures
