• Provide virtual therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs and goals of individual clients, employing techniques that are clinically proven to yield positive mental health outcomes.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy to support clients in achieving their mental health objectives.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation as per state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring compliance and quality of care.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals, including referral to specialists when necessary, to create a holistic treatment plan for clients.
• Assist clients in navigating and connecting with additional mental health resources, community supports, and relevant external services to reinforce their therapeutic journey.

This role focuses on a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. • A Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field such as Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
• An active California LPCC license is required
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling or psychotherapy, preferably in a telehealth setting
• Proficient in using telehealth technologies and platforms to deliver virtual therapy

• Experience with evidence-based therapies and an understanding of diverse treatment methodologies
• Previous involvement in community outreach initiatives or mental health advocacy
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy tools

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
