Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Reflections Therapy, Ltd, your primary duties will involve:

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions for individual clients and couples, ensuring a supportive and therapeutic environment.
• Tailoring therapeutic interventions to each client’s specific mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate progress.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation that aligns with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans for clients.
• Connecting clients with essential community resources and support systems to enhance their path towards recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a varied client base, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your role is crucial in providing support to clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, emphasizing cultural competence and empathy throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position must meet the following qualifications:

• A master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• An active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical practice experience, preferably in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively use telehealth platforms for delivering care.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience working with specific populations such as LGBTQ+ individuals, veterans, or those with co-occurring disorders will be an asset. Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and interventions is greatly appreciated, as we believe in a tailored approach to meet the individual needs of our clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, which will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
