We are looking for a technical development project manager supporting the Maritime Targeting Cell (MTC) within PAE Mission Systems. This person has the skillset to effectively distribute coordination burden and improve the speed, accuracy, and reliability of technical information flow. This role enables a government Technical Director (TD) to maintain technical leadership while ensuring all development efforts for this rapid prototyping program remain synchronized. Join us. * Experience coordinating multi-workstream technical development or engineering activities
* Experience with system architectures, data flows, and technical integration concepts
* Ability to manage complex action tracking, schedules, and cross-team communication

* Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: * 5+ years of experience in supporting SETA personnel or government engineering teams
* Experience as a technical action officer, integration lead, or development coordinator
