Job description

Robert Half is searching for a HRIS Analyst who can support a consulting firm based in Seattle, WA.ย This role provides production support, responds to incoming HRIS requests, maintains data integrity, assists with testing, reporting, security administration, documentation, and continuous process improvement while partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Finance, and IT. Location: 100% Remote

Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday 8am-5pm, PST Time zone preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide day-to-day support for UKG Pro and other HR systems.
  • Research and resolve HRIS/system issues, unexpected results, and process deficiencies.
  • Respond to incoming HRIS requests and maintain service levels.
  • Assist in development and maintenance of reports using UKG reporting tools and IBM Cognos Analytics (Business Intelligence).
  • Support system testing, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Maintain system security, workflow, documentation, and data integrity.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Finance, and IT.


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HRIS experience; UKG Pro experience preferred.
  • Experience with IBM Cognos Analytics (Business Intelligence) preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, customer service, communication, and documentation skills.
