We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Service Management Analyst to support service operations within a regulated enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities:
Support service management processes including incident, change, and access management
Assist with CAPA activities and ensure proper documentation and follow-through
Maintain validation documentation in alignment with audit and regulatory requirements
Track, manage, and report on service metrics using Jira or similar task management tools
Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Contribute to process improvements and compliance initiatives
Qualifications:
