Job description

Bilingual Assistant Supervisor

*$300 Hiring Bonus*

Bilingual English/Spanish

Possesses a valid Regular WI Driver's License

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning duties (approximately 30% of the role).
  • Conduct daily inspections and oversee operations across multiple facilities.
  • Assist the District Manager with day-to-day operations.
  • Train new employees on job responsibilities, safety procedures, and company standards.
  • Manage inventory and monitor supply levels.
  • Spend approximately 60% of the workday walking, inspecting supply closets, equipment (including vacuums and cleaning tools), and chemical storage areas.
  • Report incomplete tasks, maintenance issues, and operational concerns to the District Manager.
  • Travel between and supervise multiple locations throughout the Madison area, including Sun Prairie, Madison, and Middleton.
  • Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license required.
  • English proficiency is not required.
  • Must be self-motivated, dependable, and demonstrate strong leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively supervise staff.
  • Schedule:
  • Flexible schedule required.
  • Shift start time: 4:30 PM.
  • Shift end time: Between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM, depending on operational needs.

Other job duties may be assigned based on customer or management discretion. Long hours sometimes required; however, generally work 45-50 hours per week.

QUALIFICATIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 1 year of previous supervisory/management experience required
  • Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Must be available for on-call assignments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Must be able to stand or walk during entire shift to accomplish tasks. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment
  • Able to lift, carry, push, and pull 25lbs. frequently and up to 50lbs. occasionally
  • Valid Driver’s License is required for everyday travel
  • Must Pass DOJ Background Check
