PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Report directly to Superintendent over your project
  • Knowledge of plans and specs
  • Assist Superintendent with project responsibilities
    • Project start up and mobilization
    • Drafting RFIs
    • Posting of all drawings
    • As-Built
    • Scheduling
    • Organize & direct Subcontractors
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
    • Quality Control
    • Organize files, plans & shop drawings
  • Oversee punch list completion
  • Follows and enforces all safety guidelines to ensure a safe jobsite
  • Assist Superintendent with daily reports
  • Assist in O.A.C. Meetings
  • Other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPECTATIONS:

  • Team Player

  • Minimum 20 hours of Continued Education (annually)
  • Internal and external customer service

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • 3 years spent working in the construction field with a knowledge of multiple trades

  • First Aid
