This is an assistant managerial position and reports to the Superintendent in charge of the project and the General Superintendent.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day supervision of project.
  • Assist with supervision of company field labor and subcontractor activities.
  • Assist in maintaining project safety.
  • Assist in maintaining project housekeeping/cleanup of job site.
  • Assist in maintaining appropriate project documentation.
  • Assist in resolving any field conflicts.
  • Assist in insuring proper job sequencing.
  • Assist with owner occupant relations.
  • Coordinate and receive deliveries.
  • Regular project visits
  • Oversee your own projects when required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in General Construction required.
  • Some working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations beneficial.

Pay Range

$75,000 to $100,000
