The Assistant Park Manager will back up the Park Manager in creating a Safe. Fun. Clean. environment for our guests and team members at our Johnson City, TN location. You’ll step in to support daily operations and help keep the park running smoothly—all while building your own skills for future growth.

What You’ll Do:

As the Assistant Park Manager, you’ll work closely with our Park Manager to keep the park operating at its best. You’ll lead by example, support team members, and help create a welcoming experience for every guest. Core responsibilities include:

  • Team Support – Assist with hiring, training, and motivating 20+ team members; step in to coach and support as needed
  • Guest Experience – Provide excellent service, help resolve guest concerns, and maintain a positive, professional presence
  • Safety Oversight – Enforce safety rules, support staff in monitoring safe jumping, and model Just Jump’s safety-first culture
  • Operations Support – Help oversee daily operations, ensure opening/closing tasks are completed, and keep things running smoothly in the Park Manager’s absence
  • Financial Stewardship – Assist with cash handling, scheduling, and inventory tracking to support business goals
  • Cleanliness & Maintenance – Lead by example in keeping the park clean and organized; delegate and inspect cleaning tasks
  • Staff Supervision – Monitor time, attendance, and productivity to ensure the team is meeting guest and business needs
