JOIN THE CLAREWOOD HOUSE TEAM, A FIVE-STAR FACILITY SERVING HOUSTON SINCE 1963. We are hiring full time CNA's for Evening shifts in our skilled nursing facility. We are a boutique facility, with a stable management team and have an average census of 40 residents.

  • Schedule: 3:00pm to 11:00pm
  • Pay: Depends on qualifications
  • Eligible for $500 Sign on Bonus--for FT 3pm to 11pm position. Will be paid in installments.

Responsibilities of the Nurse Aides:

  • Assist residents in activities of daily living as needed.
  • Assist in admission, transfer and discharge functions.
  • Document all entries in EMR as required by Clarewood House policies and procedures (i.e. Vitals, weights, etc.)
  • Assist with food service at mealtime.
  • Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes and in-service meetings.
  • Communicate resident change of status or change of condition as needed to supervisor.

Requirements of Nurse Aides

  • Must be certified by the State of Texas in nurse aide training and be current on the State Nurse Aide registry- https://emr.dads.state.tx.us/DadsEMRWeb/emrRegistrySearch.jsp
  • At least 1 to 3 years of CNA long term care experience preferred
  • ADLs: 1 year (Required)
