Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Office Assistant, you will be an integral contributor to our operational success, providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service.
Every day, you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office, managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks.
To thrive in this critical role, you will demonstrate exceptional organizational acumen, a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to anticipating needs and delivering accurate, timely support.

  • Job Specific Functions
  • Communicates in language appropriate for age
  • Recognizes the importance of body image
  • Allows for privacy needs.
  • Recognizes the signs of abuse/neglect potential and contacts appropriate clinical personnel as per hospital policy.
  • Verifies patient identification according to hospital policy and procedures. Ensure that PHI policies are adhered to
  • Collaborates with other disciplines to revise workflow according to changing needs of the unit.
Job Requirements

Required

  • High School Graduate, upon hire or High School GED
  • 1-3 years, two years clerical experience in the medical field
  • BLS-American Heart Association


Preferred

  • Clerical experience preferably in a Radiology department.

Qualifications:

Required
