Massage Therapist
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Massage Therapist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a relaxing ambiance for our guests while administrating professional massage and body treatments all while ensuring a clean, safe and well-organized spa facility.an emphasis on cleanliness and sanitation.
As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
  • Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
  • Provide accurate appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.

  • You must hold and maintain a current massage therapist/bodyworker license with the state of Wisconsin and the department of regulations and licensing.
