Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and service-focused Spa Attendant to join our Forbes Five-Star spa team. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and overall guest experience throughout The Spa. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a pristine environment, works well in a team setting, and is committed to upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Essential Functions
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas including locker rooms, relaxation spaces, fitness center, pool area, and common areas.
  • Ensure spa facilities consistently meet Forbes Five-Star standards, with a strong focus on "erase the trace" cleanliness.
  • Restock linens, towels, robes, and spa amenities throughout the day to always ensure guest readiness.
  • Monitor and maintain locker rooms, including showers, restrooms, and vanities, ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked.
  • Perform regular walkthroughs of the fitness center and pool areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety.
  • Support daily spa operations by assisting with opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of supply areas, back-of-house spaces, and storage rooms.
  • Assist in laundry operations including collecting, transporting, and restocking linens in a timely manner.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues or damaged equipment to management promptly.
  • Provide courteous assistance to guests in spa and locker room areas when needed.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift, push and pull 50 pounds

Other Responsibilities
  • Assist concierge team with spa setup, transitions, and operational support as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all guest touchpoints including water stations, relaxation rooms, and shared amenities.
  • Ensure spa amenities such as beverages, towels, and supplies are consistently stocked and well presented.
  • Support therapists and other spa team members with operational needs when necessary.
  • Follow all sanitation and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Complete assigned daily and deep cleaning tasks as scheduled.
  • Maintain knowledge of spa layout, amenities, and hours to assist guests when needed.
  • Support overall spa operations and assist other departments as directed by management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
