The Day Spa Lead is responsible for driving the success of our Recovery Center by ensuring a premium member experience and delivering high-quality service. You will lead the department through science-backed recovery modalities, professional session delivery, and a focus on growing the recovery community within the gym.

Service & Session Delivery

  • Expert Recovery: Conduct safe and effective recovery sessions using our state-of-the-art modalities.

Sales & Member Engagement

  • Drive Revenue: Sell Recovery Center subscriptions and provide introductory sessions to members and guests.

  • Community Involvement: Assist members and encourage regular involvement in the Recovery Center to enhance their overall fitness results.
  • Professionalism: Respond to all requests and inquiries from guests and staff with the highest level of professionalism.
Administration & Training

  • Program Management: Oversee the administration of client programs, including dotFIT and supplement integration.
  • Onboarding: Participate in our paid onboarding program to master the fundamentals of sales and business growth.
Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven background in customer service and sales; experience in a spa or wellness environment is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to set up and execute successful weekend events.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Certifications:
     
    • Current CPR/AED certification.
  •  
    • Current dotFIT certification (or in progress).
  •  
    • A nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.
  •  
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule.
