The Job:

As a Software Developer, you'll be part of our team working as a hybrid employee. You will work with the software development team, including developers, testers and UI/UX designers, writing and maintaining client and server applications and RESTful APIs to support CribMaster's world-class enterprise inventory management software

You'll get to:

  • Work with a team to build and maintain Windows applications and services in Microsoft's .NET Framework
  • Troubleshoot existing applications
  • Work closely with product managers, software and QA engineers, marketing and product teams, throughout the development process
  • Build for performance, scale and security
  • Participate in collaborative design and discussion sessions with key stakeholders

The Person:

  • 5+ years of experience building scalable, reliable and robust applications
  • C#, .NET Framework, Windows Forms applications, MSSQL, REST services

  • Experience using Azure Devops or similar for task tracking, source control, etc.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team
  • Determination to do what's best for the user, product and brand, even if that conflicts with personal preferences
  • An ability to effectively manage time and deadlines across multiple workstreams
  • Experience using AI tools to assist and expedite code writing

Optional Skills:

  • Experience working in Xamarin or .NET MAUI
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and inventory management.
  • Understanding of CribMaster software and hardware offerings.

The Salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $144,900.00
