What You'll Do
As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support our Project Management team through every phase of construction while learning the processes that deliver exceptional homes.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assist Project Managers with planning and coordinating residential construction projects
  • Help maintain project schedules and monitor progress
  • Track budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and homeowners
  • Attend project meetings and document action items
  • Perform regular jobsite visits to monitor quality, safety, and project progress
  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, permits, inspections, and project documentation
  • Maintain organized project files using construction management software
  • Support problem-solving and help keep projects moving forward
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field
  • Recent graduate or up to 2 years of construction experience through internships or full-time work
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working both in the office and on active construction sites
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is a plus
  • Valid driver's license
