The Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and proactive Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, enjoys developing exciting campaigns, and wants to contribute to high-quality, on-brand content across digital and print channels. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, Social Media, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Briefs & Campaign Development:

  • Take creative briefs from the Senior Graphic Designer, Social Media, and Marketing teams and translate them into visually compelling campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to solve design challenges.

Brand Consistency & Asset Creation:

  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Graphic Designer and Senior Brand Manager to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and assets.
  • Create digital and print assets for influencer gifting, in-person events, product branding (logos, labels, tags), and packaging.

Social Media Content:

  • Design graphics for Instagram Stories (8+ slides/day, 7 days/week) and posts (7+ per week), ensuring content is visually engaging and aligned with brand standards.
  • Update templates at least every two months to keep stories fresh.
  • Quickly produce assets for timely social media needs (e.g., sold-out slides, statements on current events).

Email Marketing & Campaign Support:

  • Design emails in Klaviyo based on creative briefs, including mockups, social media graphics, and visuals for product drops and campaigns.

Collaborative Projects & Presentations:

  • Assist in creating internal and external presentations, pitch decks, and other marketing collateral.
  • Support video edits and additional graphics as needed across marketing and social channels.

Asset Management:

  • Finalize and hand off assets to the design team when necessary.
  • Manage priorities to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media platform requirements and trends.
