Roselle School District 12 is seeking a positive, energetic, and highly organized Assistant Administrative Assistant to support both Spring Hills and Roselle Middle School. Working half-time at each location, this vital role serves as a primary face of our school offices, ensuring a welcoming environment for students, families, and staff while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Culture & Support: Maintain a warm, positive, and helpful presence in the main office; enthusiastically assist students, families, and teachers with daily inquiries.
  • Attendance Management: Lead daily attendance tracking and reporting; actively collaborate as a core member of the school's Attendance Team to monitor trends and support student engagement.
  • Secretarial Support: Work closely alongside the Building Secretary to assist with general office duties, phone coverage, and daily administrative tasks.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide direct support to school administrators by handling special projects, preparing materials, and executing requested tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt seamlessly between two school environments.
