The Contractor will also provide ongoing maintenance and operations, service desk support, system enhancements, regulatory updates, security compliance, performance monitoring, and operational support to ensure continued system availability, reliability, and alignment with evolving business and legislative requirements.

  • Track sprint velocity, burn-down metrics, capacity planning, and delivery performance.
Identify, document, and remove impediments affecting team productivity.
  • Facilitate cross-team coordination and dependency management activities.
  • Promote Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure user stories meet acceptance criteria and are appropriately refined prior to sprint execution.
  • Assist teams in estimating effort, managing sprint commitments, and maintaining delivery predictability.
  • Coordinate stakeholder demonstrations, sprint showcases, and feedback sessions.
  • Support release planning and deployment readiness activities.
  • Monitor Agile performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
  • Facilitate resolution of delivery conflicts, competing priorities, and resource constraints.
  • Foster a collaborative, transparent, self-organizing team environment.
